20 Days to Go!

20 days until Wine & Dine 2019 for St Jude!(+75 days until Dopey 2020 for Autism Speaks)

As part of my fundraiser for St Jude, I thought it would be a lot of fun to do a live report from the races. My plan is to post a picture online at every mile marker, along with a short message. I’m not sure how well this will work, but I’m going to try.

I’ve looked into a lot of different websites to post this to, like Facebook, Twitter, this blog, and more. The only “system” that will really work for what I intend is Discourse, a forum (or messageboard) software. Fortunately, it is hosted somewhere that a live report from Disney World makes sense: TouringPlans.com. This is a website full of great resources for Disney World planning, which I have used extensively for our trip. One of the frequent topics in their forum is trip reporting. In fact, it is where I got the idea for my live report.
