130 Days To Go!

130 days until Wine & Dine 2019 for St Jude!
For the first half of our Disney trip, we’re staying at Wilderness Lodge. Visiting National Parks was our “go to” vacation before kids (and will be again once they’re a bit older). I love getting out into nature. I encourage everyone to try doing it more. I live 15 minutes from downtown Dallas. There is major urban development all around me. Yet, I’m still able to find enclaves of nature like the one shown here (100 acres of forest!). Seek them out, and enjoy them when you can!

In 2018 Jordan discovered a love for running when his brother told him to get out and "run until it doesn't hurt anymore". His 2-year-old son had just defeated Cancer, but was left with life-altering special healthcare needs. Running indeed eased the pain, and Jordan found a new, unexpected purpose: supporting children's charities as a runner. In 2019 Jordan started building the foundation for Legs Mis based on his experiences running for St Jude and Autism Speaks. Then, in June 2020, Jordan led the effort to officially establish Legs Mis as a new nonprofit, and now serves as President and Treasurer on the Board of Directors.
